Christians were given the ultimate King, a King that gave his only son to the earth to take on the entire world, live a sinless life, and then die for each and every one of us.
Giving us sinners the ability to lay it all down and follow him into eternity.
Yet with such a perfect king, a perfect man, and a perfect leader, despite all the teachings surrounding scripture, and despite all the forgiveness surrounding Christ, it are the Christians more often then not that are waiting to jump at an opportunity to tear one another down.
To sin is to miss the mark, to miss the mark to to miss Christ, it’s time for we as Christians to get off our high pillars of moral superiority and join the rest of the world, as Christ did.
