Communist California is now in another lockdown with full-on stay-at-home orders from its dictator, Governor Gavin Newsom. The claim is that hospitals, emergency rooms and ICUs are being overrun with COVID-19 patients. The state was threatened with lockdown if the ICU capacity of open beds dropped below 15%. Jeff Dornik explains why citing these numbers is nothing more than a gaslighting attempt by Newsom and the Democrats to justify stripping us of more of our Constitutional Rights and exerting their power and control over us, American citizens.
Despite the scare tactics being employed by Governor Newsom and his minions, their claims are simply inaccurate. First of all, the stats that Newsom was using to justify lockdowns was the state’s test positivity rate. The problem with using those statistics is that it’s simply an arbitrary number that doesn’t actually show how well we are doing with battling COVID-19. Think about it: The majority of people getting tested are those already sick or going into the emergency room. This means that, compared to the rest of the population, those getting the test are much more likely to test positive than those not getting tested.
When it comes to the ICU capacity, however, that’s a completely different scam. The reality is that, while Gavin Newsom is claiming that 85% capacity in ICUs proves that the coronavirus is out of control and overcrowding our hospitals, nothing could be further from the truth. A normal ICU is running anywhere from 80-95% capacity on any given day. Those numbers are pre-COVID numbers, by the way. That means that we are actually doing better with ICU capacity DURING COVID than we were PRE-COVID! Just goes to show you that Governor Newsom is incapable of leading our great state of California and needs to be removed once and for all.
