Jacob Airey, Contributor to the Daily Wire and Live Action, founder of Jake Media (https://studiojakemedia.com/) as well as the Author of Cacophony & The Seven Royals Series, joins us today to discuss the importance of art within culture, and how it shapes the way that we live and the role models we may choose.
Even when creating a world of fantasy there are rules that must be in place to make a successful story or to create that of an honorable hero.
What goes into creating the archetypical hero that is just as well as relatable?
What can we take from these stories and how is it that they apply to our own lives?
What were to happen if the hero neglected the evil?
Or worse gave into it, what if he changed what was good and true into lies and falsehoods.
When the kingdom fell under attack, the hero ran to the next kingdom and claimed to be a victim of such a travesty.
What if the Hero called the Devil his friend and overlooked what it was that made him evil, forsaking his own inner being.
There would be no hero at all, there would be no story of courage and no admiration from the audience.
Though these fanciful stories are imaginary, there are truths they adhere to.
